My name is Mark Singh. I am the Regional Sales Manager with SalesCatcher. Our fully customizable Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform performs tasks that normally need human interaction. We access the closed RO in VinSolutions and eliminate anyone who purchased their vehicle in the last 18 months (dealers choice)

Next, we access GM Global connect and pull a build sheet on the VIN of the customer's car so we know the exact equipment on the vehicle

After which we access KBB in their VAuto system and pull the fair cash value of the vehicle

We then check CarFax for major damage, rental, multiple owners, etc... to better evaluate the vehicle

Next, we send a text message to the customer with dealer approved messaging with a vehicle value. We will utilize landing pages for additional information such as current specials and we can track customer engagement

We are also developing a long term engagement plan through text, email, and phone to follow the customer for 60 days if necessary
